Nite Lites was started in 1988 to design, install, and supply decorative outdoor landscape lighting. We have grown to supply all types of lighting and to design install and supply energy efficient lighting to reduce customers electrical consumption. We operate mainly in the DC/Metro area but have installed many jobs throughout the East Coast.

In 2001 Constantine entered into a licensing agreement with NiteLites Franchise Systems, Inc. (Ohio) which allows them the right to use the name & logo throughout the United States. NLFS, Inc. sells franchises specializing in the design & installation of Outdoor Lighting. www.nitelites.com

Constantine G. Pergantis has been in the lighting industry since 1985. He started out working for a Manufactures Representative in the DC area specializing in decorative lighting. He later became the East Coast Regional manager for an outdoor lighting company located in California. In both jobs he had the distinction of being the youngest in the industry. Constantine has consulted and taught seminars for many of the leading outdoor lighting companies. He has written numerous articles & has been featured in many national publications, radio & television programs.  He is recognized as an expert in the industry.

In 1994 Nite Lites won the Silver Club Award given by Potomac Electric Power Company for reducing over 250+KW in the DC area.

In 1996 Nite Lites won the First Prize ENCOMP Award for Religious Facilities. The prestigious award is sponsored by the surrounding power companies and trade organizations.
